These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sri Abhirama Healthy Snacks website (sriabhiramahealthysnacks.online) and any orders placed through our WhatsApp channel. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering Process

• ✓All orders are placed via WhatsApp at +91 94929 89153. The website is for browsing and cart building only.
• ✓An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp and confirm availability.
• ✓We prepare all snacks fresh after receiving your confirmed order. Preparation time may vary based on order size.
• ✓We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment was made.

3. Pricing & Payment

• ✓All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• ✓Shipping charges are separate and will be confirmed on WhatsApp based on your delivery location before dispatch.
• ✓Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• ✓Payment terms (advance, COD, UPI, etc.) will be communicated on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.
• ✓Payment is accepted via UPI and bank transfer only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• ✓We ship across India via DTDC courier. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service.
• ✓Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be communicated before dispatch.
• ✓We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• ✓Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

• ✓Since our snacks are freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
• ✓If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• ✓We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• ✓Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Our snacks are prepared in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy (ghee), sesame, and other common allergens. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us clearly on WhatsApp before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Limitation of Liability
